Can kids ride in Utah?

Yes—kids 8+ can opperate off-road vehicles in Utah.

But for rentals, there’s a catch.

Most places—especially ATV & UTV rentals—avoid the issue by not letting kids operate at all. Some even require opperators to be 21+.
