Can kids ride dirt bikes in Utah?
Yes—Utah DNR regulations allow youth to operate off-road vehicles with proper certification and adult supervision
Most traditional gas quad operators refuse to touch youth riders because their corporate insurance policies completely ban minors, or require drivers to be 21+.
