Babylon Sand Drift & Play is a 2-hour guided electric dirt bike adventure through Southern Utah's iconic red sand, designed to help riders experience the thrill of riding sand in a fun, supportive environment.
Located near the Virgin River, Babylon offers wide sandy washes, rolling red dunes, towering canyon walls, and striking desert scenery unlike anywhere else in the region. Along the way, you'll explore the historic Babylon area, stop for photos, and visit landmarks like the John Vaughn House ruins and ancient petroglyphs.This is our most physically active beginner-friendly ride. Soft sand keeps you engaged as the bike slides and drifts beneath you, making every corner a chance to build confidence and improve your technique. It's a workout, but no previous sand riding experience is required.
The terrain is wide, open, and free of cliff exposure, allowing riders to focus on learning rather than worrying about consequences. We begin with a comprehensive safety briefing, set each bike to match your comfort level, and coach you throughout the ride with tips, encouragement, and hands-on support whenever needed.
By the end of the tour, most riders are amazed by how quickly they adapt to riding in sand. Expect plenty of laughter, scenic stops, expert coaching, and the unforgettable feeling of drifting through Southern Utah's famous red sand.
