Do I need a guide
It's Utah law, not skill level. Utah requires riders under 18 to complete a lengthy OHV safety certification before they can ride on their own, so we handle the red tape with guided family tours.

Confident riders don’t need a guide — and honestly, you’ll probably have more fun going solo.
If you’re new to off-roading or want a more supported experience, tours are the way to go.
Minors can’t do self-guided rentals unless they complete a lengthy online OHV course in advance, so tours are recommended for groups with kids.
